. Technique: slide the floss along one of the tooth's 2 faces. Vertical to and fro movements, never horizontal
. Frequency: once daily


Interdental brush (rifle-type brush)

. Small diameter brush with a large number of hairs


Technique:

- Insert brush into spaces between teeth
- Press against the gum to reach the gingivodental crevice
- Perform horizontal to and fro movement, rotating the brush in one then the other direction.
